Unable to Add Custom CSS to My Site

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to add some custom CSS to my site https://capprocutapk.com/ to make a few design tweaks. However, whenever I try to add CSS through the Customizer, it either doesn’t apply correctly or reverts back after saving. I’ve checked the settings, and everything seems fine on the surface.

    Here’s what I’ve tried:

    • Adding CSS via the Customizer’s “Additional CSS” section.
    • Clearing my site’s cache.
    • Testing the CSS in multiple browsers and devices.
    • Ensuring no conflicting plugins or themes are active.

I’m not sure if this is a limitation with the Premium plan, or if I’m missing something else. Has anyone else encountered issues like this? Any suggestions for getting the custom CSS to apply properly? Please guide me as I am not a technical person I am a newbie.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello! 👋🏼

I checked your site, and it looks like it is a self-hosted WordPress site, not hosted on WordPress.com (you can read about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/).

You can find more details on your hosting provider here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/capprocutapk.com.

💡 Please note — this forum is for WordPress.com sites, and we can’t provide help for self-hosted WordPress sites.

I suggest asking your question in the WordPress.org support forum:

There is an excellent community of WordPress.org users who can help you.
