Unable to add Instagram widget to blog

  I have followed the steps at the Support section for the widget.
  After I have clicked the button to authorize WP, I am redirected to the widgets page.

  This has happened the last of couple of times I have tried. Help?

  1. What kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com?

  2. Which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and if you are not running one of the browsers and versions of them found at http://browsehappy.com please upgrade.

  3. What exactly went wrong when you followed this instagram widget guide please?

  • Exactly which step did you get stuck on?
  • Did you receive an error message? If so, please post it here.

  I’m using Google Chrome 29 on my HP laptop.

  It is the browser’s latest version.

  I simply got redirected to the widgets page when i click the authorize button to add my Instagram account.

  Try logging off of http://instagram.com/ and then log back in. Then try to authorize Instagram again.

  Let us know if that doesn’t work.
