Unable to add media to a page.

I am unable to add media to an existing page on my blog. It doesn’t appear when I click “Insert into page”.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Denise!
Can you be more specific? Is the media you’re trying to add currently uploaded to your Media Library?
-
Hi,
In my dashboard, I click on one of my existing pages, then click “edit”. When the page shows up, I click “add media” and then click on the photo from “media library”. When I click “insert into page”…that’s where nothing more happens. The photo isn’t there – just the blinking curser where I wanted the photo.
Thank you. -
Hello,
I am hoping to be able to post asap as the information is time sensitive but I don’t know what to do without your assistance.
Thank you.

Hi Denise!
I’m able to add and remove media to your posts and pages without any problem. Could you try accessing WordPress.com using a different internet browser? I see you’re using Internet Explorer, may I suggest giving Mozilla Firefox a try? It’s free, and available here: http://www.mozilla.org/firefox

Hello,
I took your suggestion and downloaded Mozilla Firefox as my new browser, then opened my website with it and was able to edit my page as I chose to. Thank you so very much for your help with this. One more question…why was Internet Explorer stopping my ability to make these changes on my blog?
Thanks again.

Hi Denise!
Glad I could help!
Regarding browsers: there are a great many things that can happen behind the scenes in an internet browser that can cause a little havoc on complex sites like WordPress.com. Generally, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox with our sites, as that’s simply where they run the best.
