Unable to add multiple authors to the account

  Hi Team,
  Hi Team,

  I am managing the advisoryindiablog.ey.com. Since last couple of weeks none of the authors are getting registered on the blog. I personally visit the authors and complete the process on their systems but when I check in my dashboard it shows the invite has not been accepted. However, the authors have accepted, signed up and confirmed the process. Can you suggest what is the possible problem? It’s getting a little troublesome. Looking forward to your response. Thanks
