  Hi there,

  You have two options:

  1. Keep the domain registered where it is and map it to your WordPress.com site: http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  2. Transfer the domain’s registration to us: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Hi there,

  Why are you unable to add your own domain? Are you getting an error when you try? If so, what exactly is the error message?

  Also note that to add your own domain requires a paid plan.
