Unable to Add New Author to Blog Through Invites

    Having an issue with adding an author for my blog.

    I send an invite, and they click it, and it takes them to wordpress.com, but doesn’t give them access to anything for the blog. I have resent the invite several times.

    When I add them as a follower, it goes through, but any other type of invite, like author, editor or contributor, nothing happens.

    We’ve tried the link at the bottom of the email, and the button in the email.

    Anyone have some thoughts?
