Unable to Add New Post

    I am unable to type new posts on my blog — ambroseandelsie.wordpress.com. When I hit the Write button on the top right of my main page, it tries to take me to the New Post screen. But nothing comes up. It’s just a blank screen. I was able to access the New Post screen earlier today. But this afternoon through this evening, I’ve had no such luck.

    I haven’t changed anything to my account, haven’t added any plugins, changed my theme, or anything like that.

    Please let me know what’s going on and how to fix it. Thank you so much!

    Hi there,

    This usually means something has gone wrong in the browser.

    Clear the browser cache, and try disabling any browser add-ons you have installed.

    Also check if you’re able to access the editor using incognito mode, or a different browser.

    I cleared my browser’s cache and it worked! I’m able to get into my new post page again.
