  Please help.

  When I click on the “Write” button, all I get is a blank screen.

  There are also 2 drafts which I’d like to edit and publish.

  What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

  It worked with Edge. I still don’t understand why it doesn’t work with Firefox.

  Hi there,

  This sounds like a cache issue. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache or disabling any browser extensions you have enabled?
