Unable to add new theme

  I JUST BOUGHT A NEW WORDPRESS THEME WOOPRESS AND I WANTED TO UPLOAD IT AS A NEW THEME

  I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS APPEARANCE – THEMES BUT THE ADD NEW THEME OR THE UPLOAD BUTTON ARE NOT SHOWN. I CAN ONLY CHOOSE ANOTHER THEME FROM A PREDEFINED LIST.

  CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

  First, please turn off your CAPS LOCK. Typing in all caps in an online forum is considered shouting and makes it much less likely that you’ll get the help you want.

  Second, you cannot upload custom themes to WordPress.com. Even if it says it’s a WordPress theme, you can only use it on a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site, not on your free WordPress.COM blog.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com are the ones listed here: http://wordpress.com/themes/ Note that there are both free and premium themes, and that many of them have the same names as themes on WordPress.org, but you cannot use a theme bought on one platform on the other.
