unable to add new user

    i’ve had this problem for the past week with no resolution. i paid for upgrade of unlimited private users but whenever i fill out the form to invite a new user, the screen refreshes and tells me i need to “please complete the form” even though i’ve already completely filled it out for this particular new invite. and the person never receives an invite. i’ve tried 4 different email addresses (with accompanying form information) over the past 7 days and it’s still not working. please advise.
