Unable to add new users.

  I want to add new users to my site, I input their usernames and email, but none of them received the email.

  I am trying to create a password for them but the only provision displaying on my add new users is just that for 1. Username 2. Email. 3. Role.

  What could be the cause?
  I also need a solution to the problem.

  Hi there, the people that you invite can create their own passwords. They receive the email from our system, inviting them to create a WordPress.com account (or log in to their existing account) so that they can accept your invitation.
