Unable to add other Independent WebSites

  Recently I added a Tab named “Bloggers” to my Home Page. I was able to add another Bloggers Blog to this Tab. I cannot now find how I did this , thus cannot add any other Independent Blogger Sites Under this Tab.
  Any help is appreciated.
