Unable to Add Payment Method for Purchases

    Sat down this morning to print shipping labels in WooCommerce (USPS) as usual and suddenly got an ‘add credit card’ prompt that redirected me out of WooCommerce to the purchases method area of my WordPress profile. Once there my AmEx wasn’t reading so I tried removing and re-adding it but now I cannot add a purchase method at all. When I select that option I’m directed to the add payment option screen but it just says ‘There was a problem with the payment method: card’. Assistance please? My card is fine. I last generated shipping labels without issue 3 days ago.

    It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
