Unable to add Pictures to Carousel

  I have been working on my page all day without any problems. A couple hours later I get one and it’s not letting me add pics to the carousel. When I go to put add to new gallery nothing happens. It’s like not even acting like I can push the button. I logged out and logged back in and nothing
