Unable to add to cart

Our WordPress website has been having a technical glitch when it comes to adding to cart. It seems every time we select the options and attempt to add to cart a pop up comes us saying ‘please select some products before adding this product to your cart’
I have already read all the other forums where it specifies on the possibility of a failed plugin which we have detected ‘woocommerce payments’. We have been getting emails for weeks now about this plugin causing possible errors to our website via automated emails. We’ve been attempting getting in contact with woocommerce for weeks now yet no response! Please help!

I must add that we’ve already attempted deactivating/activating the plugin multiple times!
