Unable to add user – ‘Please confirm your email address’ message

    When I try to add a user, I’m getting a message that says ‘Please confirm your email address.’ I clicked on the re-send your confirmation email link, but I never received an email. And now I can’t add users.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    It looks like your account was verified around ten minutes after you posted this forum thread, so you should be all good now. But let me know if you still see an error when trying to add users.
