unable to apply latest security update (6.1) to our hrpa website

    It appears we have an access blocker preventing us from applying the update, regardless of our administrator status. Can a ticket be created and a support agent available to help troubleshoot this issue? My company (Datavail) is managing the HRPA website on behalf of our HRPA client. Thanks!

  • Hey there! Is the site hosted here with us? We take care of the updates here on our services; you’d just need to log in with the account associated with that site and open a chat. But I’m not seeing a site like that hosted here.

    If you’re using a free copy of the WordPress code that is hosted with another service, that service may provide direct support if you’ll get in touch with them. Otherwise, you’d want to contract someone to do the work. You might try Codable. Or, if you’re okay managing it on your own, you can ask for tips here:
