Unable to approve comments – no checkboxes beside comments in dashboard

  • Unknown's avatar

As a site administrator, I’m unable to approve pending comments on the dashboard under the “comments” section because there are no check-boxes visible to tick & approve.

I’ve tried multiple browsers (ie 11, Firefox (most recent), & Google Chrome). All have failed to display the checkboxes so that I can approve the pending comments.

    How do I fix this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In comments on my dashboard, I have 20 comments. I would like to
be able to view and respond to those comments and talk to people out
there. What do I click on to be able to read and respond to those
comments? Can tags be used more than once?
    My blog is http://2sellmybooks.wordpress.com
