Unable to buy new plan

    Hi, I’ve had the Business plan but I don’t need all the features. I want to downgrade to Premium. I followed the instructions to cancel the business plan so that I could purchase the lower level plan but now I have get an error that the Premium plan isn’t compatible with my site. I think some of the upgrades need to be removed from the site but I don’t know how to do all of that. Please help.
