Unable to buy premium subscription

    Hey,
    I tried buying premium subscription for my new blog, however every time it shows that the card is declined and it prompts me to try another card. The last time however, $10 were deducted from my account and still I haven’t got access to the premium features. I am unable to understand why the charges were levied when it is showing that my card is declined.
    Please help.

    I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades have been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums, but use the notification on your dashboard to reach our payments staff and they will address this issue with you.
