  I am unable to cancel plan and get refund. It told me ‘unable to cancel please contact support’

  It seems that you’ve opened a dispute for that payment and that is why you’re not able to cancel it now.
  I can see you have an opened ticket with our Billing Team, please reply to that email if you need more information.
