Unable to cancel Premium

  Whenever I click the “Confirm Cancellation” button in the e-mail in order to, well, confirm the cancellation, a little window simply says: “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”

  Because I want to cancel my trial run, but I do want to keep the domain for the extra price of 18$.

  As this is the last day of the trial, I’d like to resolve this before I have to pay anything in vain.
