Unable to Cancel premium Plan

    Hi WordPress,

    I’m unable to cancel the premium plan for 3 of the following:

    registered domain http://www.wowhir.com
    registered domain http://www.tidbits.com
    included domain wowhir.wordpress.com

    I went into Manage Purchases then domains – there was no where to press Cancel registered domains. Could you please do this for me. Thank-you.

    I received the following to my e-mail at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    1. wowhir.com is about to be automatically renewed on August 3, 2016. You will be charged C$34.00 for this renewal in 30 days, on August 3, 2016.
    2. WordPress.com Premium on your site ‘wowhir.wordpress.com’ will automatically renew in 59 days This upgrade includes custom design features, no ads, as well as a free domain. You will be charged C$129.00 for this renewal in 59 days, on August 2, 2016.
    This amount reflects recent changes in pricing due to adjustments in tax and foreign exchange rates.
    3. WordPress.com Premium on your site ‘wowhir.wordpress.com’ will automatically renew in 29 days. This upgrade includes custom design features, no ads, as well as a free domain. You will be charged $129.00 for this renewal in 29 days, on August 2, 2016.

    Hi there,

    Those upgrades were not bought by your account, 1tidbits, but by the account that also owns the site, wowhir. If that is also your account you’ll need to log out of the 1tidbits account, and log in as the wowhir account instead. Then you will be able to cancel the upgrades from Purchases.

    You can also reply to this thread while logged in as the other account if you need my help with this.
