Unable to cancel premium theme purchase.

  I purchased ‘Studio’ premium theme for one of my blogs. It is an awesome theme but it doesn’t support standard WordPress features like, related post, post ratings, previous-next posts etc. Sharing and post likes are also not displayed in it in usual way.

  I want to cancel it but the dialogue box isn’t opening fully on clicking ‘cancel and refund’. I tried it on multiple computer and locations but the problem persists. Someone at staff please cancel it so that I can move on with other theme.

  Note: Premium themes page/demo should always mention what features it “does not support”. I’ve read many people expressing this concern at theme support page.

  Hi!

  I have refunded your Studio payment. The funds should be available on your account within the next several days.

  Regarding the features, it doesn’t look like Studio supports Related Posts or Ratings. I’ll definitely pass this along so it can be included in the theme documentation!
