Unable to cancel premium theme purchase: staff help

    Hello,
    I bought a “studio” theme about 14 days ago for my blog: drarchitectes.wordpress.com (wich I’ve recently upgraded to a wordpress.com premium)
    I’d like to cancel it (I use the sketh theme at the moment) but whenever I click on “cancel and refund”, the window doesn’t open fully. I’ve tried it on several computers, with the same result.
    Coud someone at staff please cancel it for me?
