Unable to cancel theme

I am trying to cancel my Collective Premium theme, but am getting the error message “User or Token does not have access to specified site.” I do fall within the 30 day period. Can you please take a look?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hello,
I just ordered a premium theme today, 5/1/15, and would like to cancel immediately– it is giving me the same error message and I want to make sure I get my money back. Thanks so much!
