Unable to change admin email

    Good day.
    I have been trying to change my admin email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when I do, I don’t receive an email that contains the confirmation link. What can I do please? I have to change to an active email. Thanks

    Your site tinukeawe.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your issue.
