unable to change ‘Administration Email Address’

    how to change ‘Administration Email Address’ in WP .. i tried on settings>General but we are not getting confirmation mail on new updated mail id

    Hi there,

    That’s the right place. If the email isn’t sending, you might need to install a SMTP plugin on your site to help handle sending emails from the site, or you can also update the email directly in the database instead:

    That said, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so this is as much as we’re able to help. Your site isn’t on our servers, so we have no access to its database to make this change for you, and we also don’t have control over how that email is sent out.
