Unable to change blog address

  I want to change my blog url address from http://kathytopia.wordpress.com/ to http://kathysbasket.wordpress.com/
  How do I do this. It keeps saying that that site name is already taken. It’s been taken by me!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you own both WordPress.com sites, then you can move the content by exporting from your old site and importing into your new site.
