Unable to change details on the checkout page.

  I have a checkout page for a website on which i just cannot seem to be able to change any details. I want to take out the promotional code content block on the page, but the only thing in the back-end is the woocommerce-checkout shortcode. How do i edit this?

  Hi there,

  I checked your site and although it is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software.

  If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

  These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted websites. Hope that helps!
