Unable to change font title in my blog posts

  Here is a link to my page/specific problem:

  The font of my title is too dark. You can’t see it. How do I change the font of the title so I can see it.

  Do I need to use CSS?

  If you comb through other blog articles, the same problem occurs every time. Here’s the home page:

  I believe I have already purchased that.

  Appearance -> Custom design

  What do I do from here? Or is this not the correct plug in? If it is not the correct plug in/upgrade, can you direct me to it please?
