Unable to Change Header – Old Header Stacks with and in Front of New
-
I am working on an older site and trying to update the Header image. I uploaded the correct sized new image, deleted the old image but when published – the new image appears with and behind the old image. I also deleted all previous images from the Media Library with no change in result. Not seeing anything specific in php etc but not very knowledgeable there. What else can I try?

Hi,
It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your theme developer.
Hope this gets fixed soon!
