Unable to change header on my site

Hi, I’m trying to change my header and no matter how many times I do, though it indicates that it’s been changed, nothing happens… the picture stays the same. I even tried changing the layout, thinking that might help, but it didn’t. I’m not very high tech at these sorts of things, so is there simple solution to this so that I can customize my page the way I’d like? Thank you for your help.

Are you still facing the issue? If so, it sounds like a browser issue. I recommend you to clear your web browser once and try customizing again.

The featured image on your front page is currently an image of books with the text, Gabriella Messina. Is this the page you are referring to and if so, do you see the same image?

I’d like to replace it with a different image. I uploaded it (several, in fact lol), and it will say they’ve been changed, but the image never changes. Everything else that I’ve changed on the page…font, background…have all worked… Everything but the header.

Which image in your Media Library would you like to use? You can either tell me the file name or send me a direct link to the image in your Media Library (click edit and copy the URL).
Do you mind if I try and replacing the featured image on the Home page so I can see what is happening?

I was able to update your featured image to the one you linked to. Your site is working as expected so please try clearing your browser cache if you have the problem again. There are instructions for different browsers in this guide:
