Unable to change my profile from private to public and update notification settings

    Good Day
    I have been experiencing problems with above mentioned settings for the past three days, I cannot launch my site. Unable to change it under account settings either, says my settings are disabled but it does not allow me to change it. Everything is stuck and I cannot do anything else. My pages are also not being updated properly.

    Hi @clauris21, I’m happy to help. When I look in your account, though, everything seems normal, so I’m going to need some help seeing what you’re seeing.

    When you click Launch Site, and Skip Purchase, what happens next? Please copy the error here, or get a screenshot and upload it to your media library, then update us here. Thanks in advance.
