Unable to change nameserver

    Hi,
    1. My domain was initially registered with wordpress.com
    2. I pointed my DNS to a hosting provider which has recently decided to close down the services
    3. I just transferred my domain name to a new hosting provider
    4. I am trying to change the nameserver at wordpress to point to the new hosting provider nameserver
    5. In wordpress, I do not have the ‘toggle’ button to switch off wordpress nameserver
    6. I have an error message when I tried to add a dns record.
    Error message : ‘Sorry, only the owner of this domain is allowed to edit the domain information.’

    How do I change my current nameservers?
    Your name servers are as follows:
    SG1.UNLIMITEDHOST.ASIA
    SG2.UNLIMITEDHOST.ASIA

    Hi there,

    You’ll need to change your name servers through your domain’s current registrar. According to WHOIS records, that is Vodien Internet Solutions.

    Try reaching out to them. They should be able to help!
