Unable to change nameservers on my wordpress.com domain

  Hello,

  I’m having problems with my account. For some reason whenever I try and update my nameservers for my domain name bought through wordpress.com they show as being saved but then automatically reset to default when I refresh the browser or go back to the page.

  I also cannot seem to update any of my account information and when I try to transfer the domain name to my other registrar it isn’t sending the transfer code to the email address I have on my account.

  This is getting quite frustrating as I need to link my domain name to to my other server asap, as I have a website for a client that needs to go live.

  Could someone please get back to me and look into my account. I can provide details of domain name and new name server codes but would prefer to do that in private.

  Hello Reuben,
  If you’re still unable to update the name servers, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
