Unable to change palette color with Illustratr theme

  I am attempting to change the palette color of my blog which has Illustratr theme enabled. I navigate to Customize/Colors & Background/Choose a palette and select the green color, then click Save & Publish. When I view the blog, the palette color is blue (I suspect this is the default).
