Unable to change password

I have attempted to change my password both last week and this week. I get the message “unauthorized password change request”. Please help.

Sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing. At the moment I’m not aware of any current system issues that would prevent you from changing your password.

Thank you so very much. Although I couldn’t change my password, because I was “unauthorized”. I was able to use the lost password directions. I really appreciate your help.
