UNABLE TO CHANGE PASSWORD

Inability to sign-on to web-site as administrator may be associated with a recent change in password or it may be a virus – or something else. In trying repeatedly to obtain a code from Word Press to begin the password change process, no code was sent. Is there another process to contact Word Press, or does the site have a virus preventing admin entry?

This is wordpress.COM support. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
