Unable to Change Permalink in WooCommerce

Greetings, I did chat with WooCommerce about this earlier, but I am having a difficult time trying to get my permalink to have a backslash in it ‘/’. My permalink for my product use to be: https://www.corylavine.com/product/riding-the-wind-single. Now, when I try to put that / in my permalink, I am getting a dash instead. ‘-‘ so it looks like this: https://www.corylavine.com/product-riding-the-wind-single. Any reason why this would be happening?
