Unable to change profile photo

  I am trying to upload new plain white background image for profile photo. Unable to do so. Request you to kindly remove my profile photo as I have privacy concern.

  Hi there,
  You can change your profile picture from https://wordpress.com/me
  Click on the rounded box to change your profile photo (as below image) and upload the image you want to add and click on change my photo.

  However, If you enable “Hide gravatar profile” you profile and photo will not be appearing on any site. Screenshot
