Unable to change the title of a predefined theme

With Dyad 2 theme that I am using for my website, I am trying to edit the title “The Journey Begins Thanks for joining me! Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton” but I can’t seem to do anything to it, how do I change it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For the Dyad 2 theme:
In your Dashboard go to Blog Posts > The Journey Begins.
You can delete or modify this post. Dyad 2 automatically displays blog posts in chronological order on your front page.You can change this in Customize > Homepage Settings: You can choose what’s displayed on the homepage of your site. It can be posts in reverse chronological order (classic blog), or a fixed/static page. To set a static homepage, you first need to create two Pages. One will become the homepage, and the other will be where your posts are displayed.
