  To upload theme, Select Appearance → Themes from the dashboard.

  Hello there @avi4ya, only the Business plan upgrade has the ability to upload custom themes.

  If you wish to change the theme of your WordPressdotcom site, you can activate any of the free or Premium themes found in your site’s dashboard at https://wordpress.com/themes/
