Unable to Change Theme

  When I go to the WordPress Themes to try and change my website’s theme, every single theme says ‘This theme doesn’t work with your versions of WordPress and PHP. Please update WordPress, and then learn more about updating PHP’.

  I have the latest version of WordPress and do not have the ‘To Top’ plugin that everyone says is the issue.

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere), you’ll want to reach out directly to your host about it or write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
