unable to change theme or starting page

  It appears I am stuck in a theme, I don’t know how to change it, or the starting page.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @ezedixon27,

  First of all, please go to Appearance > Themes in your Dashboard. From there, you can choose one of the available themes: you may click “Preview” to see how it looks, and then click “Activate” to apply the theme to your blog.

  Please note that, in addition to the free options, there are also many premium themes available.

  The reason you’re running into this issue is that changing the theme requires a higher level of permission than the one currently assigned to your account. If you’d like to be able to make these kinds of changes, you’ll need to ask the site owner to change your role to Administrator. They can do this by following this guide:

  Hmm.. I am the only administrator of this, although I may have used a different email initially. Is there a way to id the admin account?

  Took a little time machining… Using the backup code and a different e-mail address, I was able to correct it! Back to updating….
