Unable to change URL

  Straight to the problem: my URL is currently “http://forcompletelydifferent… etc.” and I would like to change it to “http://completelydifferent… etc”. In theory I thought this would be possible because when I search for “http://completelydifferent… etc.”, WordPress tells me that the site is “no longer avaliable”, which to me means the site is no longer in use, but I still can’t seem to change it. Does anybody know why?

  It’s probably just me who’s oblivious to the world of WordPress, but thanks in advance for answers.

  Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
