Unable to chose blog plan

Hi,could anyone explain why plan for blogging is not available. It is there as option but I can’t select that option doesn’t work.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@jaskoyale are you specifying a domain before you choose your plan? If so, and if you’re picking a domain that does not end in .blog, you won’t see that option.

Hi I purchased my Domain on Blue host site .I have problems with site in related to publishing live as independent domain. I purchased blog hosting plan from world press. But server doesn’t recognize my domain blog complaintsandreviews.blog I don’t know what to do?

WordPress.com plans are for sites hosted at WordPress.com, that’s why your self-hosted WordPress.org site on Bluehost isn’t showing up as an option.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If you want to keep the site hosted on Bluehost, we can cancel and refund the plan you purchased here.
