Unable to claim amount in Paypal after receiving from WOrdAds on my site

  HI ,

  i received a payment on my wordAds site.. i even received mail from PayPal, but i couldnt claim the amount due to some issues.. Currently its showing zero[0] balance and it has got expired , please help me in claiming again.. Kindly, please help me or guide me..

  Did you already contact Paypal support as it seems WordPress.com did you send the money and Paypal confirmed they have an amount to retrieve?
