Unable to close my account

    I have tried multiple times to close my account. I have no domains and no purchases. I simply did not use this, but I just paid another year’s subscription because I forgot about the automatic payment. Can someone pelase help?

    Hey there,

    I am seeing multiple purchases associated with your account, including your domain jburkeonethics.com. To close your account, you will need to delete your existing purchases by visiting Your account in the upper right-hand corner and then choosing Purchases on the left-hand side.     I have gone on to my account page and looked at “Purchases” page. There is nothing there. It says I have no purchases. Can you provide me a lit of these purcases? I cannot see or acccess them and I certainly have not used them.

    I have also checked domains. I have zero domains. There must be some mistake. I am seeing charges of $100 plus recently when I have not used the site in some time. Please jelp me get this closed and find refunds for amount that have been taken from my account for no services purchased.

    If you don’t see any upgrades there, could you try logging in as jburkeonethics with another browser and checking the same page? We see the upgrades on this account.
