Unable to comment on other blogs while logged in to my WordPresser account

  I just started this blog about 2 weeks ago and for some reason I have never been able to comment on other blogs. Once I’m finished typing and click Post, it starts loading and then disappears.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
